Office Administration Assistant


TaxAce LTD is looking for an Office Administration Assistant, English, Romanian and Russian speaker.

 

We are a small and proactive Accountancy Company who specialize in Accountancy and Consulting services (sole traders and small companies).  Ambitious and rapidly growing, we offer the ideal environment in which to push your administrative skills to the next level.

The role will involve:

· Managing email correspondence through Microsoft Outlook

· Collecting outgoing post & scanning and distributing incoming post

· Providing general administrative support to colleagues & Office Manager

· Answering the telephone and forwarding callers on to relevant staff General ad-hoc administration duties

· Compiling and updating spreadsheets, creating files, filing and scanning

· Data entry

 

The ideal candidate will:

· Have proven administration experience

· Work with a high degree of accuracy and possess excellent attention to details and numbers

· Have strong Microsoft Office skills

· Have strong communication skills - both written and verbal

· Ability to make timely decisions

· Flexibility and adaptability to various changing working conditions

· Works well independently, and picks up on new responsibilities quickly

· Detail-oriented self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude

· Able to work effectively in a fast busy office and under pressure & be happy working in a small company environment

· Maths skills would be an advantage
